With Tems‘ debut album ‘Born in the Wild‘ rushing toward its May 2024 due date, there’s no better time than now to unveil a taste of what the project is set to offer sonically.
The latest comes courtesy of the new single ‘Love Me JeJe,’ which was previewed during her show-stopping set at this year’s Coachella.
“Because I love and I love and I love and I love you only / Because I need and I need and I need and I need you more, yeah / You know I run and I run and I run and I run, fly, butterfly in the sky in the night / Hold me in your arms, in your love, in your light,” she wails on the Guilty Beatz-produced tune.
A tribute of sorts to fellow Nigerian singer-songwriter Seyi Sodimu (who also released a smash hit called ‘Love Me JeJe’ in 1997), hop inside to hear Tems’ latest masterpiece.
